Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us.

Quote and enquiry form: name, company, phone number, email address, project location and the details you write. Used to reply to you and prepare a quotation.
Careers form: name, phone number, email address, current location, experience, the role you apply for, your resume and any message. Used to assess your application and contact you about it.
Investor enquiry form: name, organisation, email address, phone number and your enquiry. Used to respond to you.
Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails: the contact details and content you send. Used to reply to you.

Each form asks for your consent before you send it. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing and we do not sell it.

What this website stores on your device

The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. That value stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Services from other companies

Google Maps: the map on the contact page loads only after you select "Show the map". From that point Google receives technical data such as your IP address, under Google's privacy policy.
WhatsApp: the WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
Form delivery and hosting: enquiries are delivered to our mailbox by our form-handling and email providers, and the site is served by our hosting provider. They process data on our instructions.
Linked sites: links to other websites, including those of our subsidiary Serververse, lead to sites with their own privacy notices.

Who we share it with

Inside AR Solution, your data is seen only by the people who need it to deal with your request. We share it outside the company only with the service providers above, or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and applications for as long as needed to deal with them, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax or business records. When the purpose is over, or you withdraw your consent, we delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries and applications is limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information that we have not asked for.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
correct or update it;
erase it;
stop using it, by withdrawing your consent at any time.

You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and for adults looking for work. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, tell us and we will delete it.
